What you will be doing:

  • BCBAs/Sr. BCBAs:
    • Day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
    • Initial intake and recurring assessments, data collection, and treatment plans
    • 30+ treatment hours per week, Family Guidance
    • Leading and educating your RBT team
  • Clinical Directors:
    • Lead team with Operations Manager, manage a client caseload
    • Clinical quality training and compliance, 15+ treatment hours per week
    • Focus on family guidance, intakes, and discharge planning

What you bring to ABC:

  • BCBA certified (or exam pending within a month), passion for working with children with ASD
  • Commitment to a caring, team-oriented culture and leadership qualities
